Cook time: 10 minutes

Equipment: large glass jar with a lid, cheesecloth

Ingredients

1 SCOBY

8 black or green tea bags

1 cup organic granulated white sugar

16 cups filtered water

1 cup kombucha

Steps

1. Boil 16 cups of water in a large pot on the stove.

2. Once the water boils, add all 8 tea bags and allow them to steep for 30 minutes. Remove tea bags.

2 lbs. ground chicken

1 zucchini, shredded

4 zucchinis, spiralized

1 carrot, peeled and shredded

2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and minced

2 teaspoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons curry powder

Salt and pepper to taste
